No response from customer service, the products were not ready to be shipped and no update whatsoever. Can't even request a refund on the webpage. The production is behind so there are no products to ship out yet (Based on their website), there's no phone number to call and they do not return your online message. The company claims it sold over 300,000+ phone cases I don't see how it's possible, what a joke. Give people their money back if you can't get your product out on time!

Exactly what I was looking for- an easy to navigate site for tech dummies like me plus lots of photos of the products which I love (as I normally hate shopping online due to limited, crummy product photos)
Ordered the Ultra Thin case + screen protector for iPhone 12 PRO MAX. Shipping was slow: 3 business days to get the product out the door + 6 days for US Delivery to get it out of the country + half day at Canadian Customs + 2 days for Canada post to get it from the east coast to the west coast. There are inefficiencies in getting the product out the door and whatever US delivery service is used (maybe USPS?)
The case itself is impressively thin which is what I wanted but the clear hard plastic scratches easily and quickly looks warn out. Screen protector is average. There is a black border around it and that was unexpected -- maybe I should have taken a closer look at the pictures.
My order has not been delivered and it says delayed for over a week.
